How does a concierge appointment work?
Here is what to expect from your concierge consultation:
You’ll prepare for your appointment:
To schedule a concierge consultation, we require recent x-rays and an initial fee of $350. This fee will go towards the cost of your orthodontic treatment if you decide to proceed.
We’ll come for a visit:
Dr. Solomon and a team member will visit you at your home, office, or hotel room (within 60 miles of our office). They will bring all the tools they need, and will help you feel comfortable and informed throughout your appointment.
You’ll have a smile assessment:
We will take digital impressions with our smile scanner, and examine your teeth and jaws to determine which orthodontic treatment (if any) could benefit you most.
We’ll give you a custom treatment plan:
We will create a 100% tailored treatment plan to achieve your smile goals, and you will have time to ask any questions you may have about treatment and payment options. There is never any obligation to proceed with treatment.
If you do decide to start treatment, we can set you up for another concierge appointment, or book you in at our clinic!

Spacing, misalignment and flared upper teeth with misshapen central incisors
Anterior open bite due to tongue thrust, chipping incisors due to edge-to-edge bite, uncoordinated maxillary and mandibular arches, some crowding, misalignment.
Narrow arches, severe class 2 skeletal and dental bite (upper jaw and upper teeth are too far forward compared to the lower jaw and the lower teeth, severely flared upper incisors, anterior open bite due to tongue thrust, incorrect gingival height.
Flared upper incisors, deep overbite, class 2 bite (upper jaw is too far forward compared to the lower jaw), crowding in the lower arch, misalignment, uneven gingival architecture, misshapen teeth.

Anterior open bite due to tongue thrust despite history of orthognathic jaw surgery to correct the open bite, overly expanded upper posterior molars from previous orthodontic treatment at other treating dentist, periodontally compromised teeth.
Deep bite, misshapen teeth, moderate spacing, misalignment.
Patient presents unsatisfied with previous orthognathic jaw surgery results, traumatic occlusion, incisal edges of anterior teeth chipping due to edge-to-edge bite, grinding of teeth, midlines are off.
Flared anterior teeth, crossbite and edge-to-edge bite, class 3 skeletal and dental bite, incisal edge chipping, mobile (loose) front teeth due to traumatic anterior bite, midlines are off.
